The Customer agrees that this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws and courts of the State of Michigan. The Customer agrees that any claim or dispute you may have against Commercial Progression LLC must be resolved by a court located in the State of Michigan without reference to any governing law rules that would result in the application of the substantive law of any other jurisdiction; The Customer hereby waives all rights to any kind of legal actions in any other court and/or under any other law except those of the State of Michigan; The Customer agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Michigan for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
